  I have found a website which is created by some professionals in my field. The website is called Hotel Management.Net. The link is http://www.hotelmanagement.net/.
  I read some of the articles in that website and I found the website is very useful. By using RAIDS, I found that the revision of the website is that it combines news, blogs, and multimedia with the knowledge of the hotel management. The original text is changed to different kind of style of media. The arrangement is clear, different kinds of media are put into different places. News come firstly, and then the blog and the multimedia. The invention is that the website uses video, blogs, pictures, and news to teach us how a hotel works instead of scholarly articles. It creates new ideas of teaching hotel management.The delieveryway is photos, news and videos. It attracts people more than using text. They style is fun and educational. The website gives audience a new way of thinking about the hospitality management.The target audience would be the students who are major in hospitality management and the people who pay close attention to the field of hospitality business. The purpose is to teach and tell people something about the hotel in other ways. The different ways could attract audiences more and make the audiences feel more interested about the hotel management. The overall success of its rhetoric is that the sentences in this website is easy to understand and fun. The news are pretty neoteric so that most of the people didn't hear about. Also, it is succeed to attract people's attention since its convenience. Many parts, such as blogs of professionals and latest news are included in the website, people can get most every point they need in this website.
